Summary:
This project reconstructs the outpatient chemotherapy journey by integrating timestamps across laboratory testing, physician validation, pharmacy compounding, nursing care, chair assignment, and infusion. By unifying data from ORBIS, JADE, and CATO, we reveal operational bottlenecks and enable data-driven improvements to reduce waiting time and support predictable capacity planning in oncology day clinics.
