Summary:
This project develops a proof-of-concept Agentic AI Supplier Management Assistant that enables faster, more consistent, and more objective supplier segmentation at scale. By combining human judgment with AI-driven evidence retrieval and decision-context aggregation, the POC aims at improving decision quality while preserving human accountability. The work also outlines a future roadmap for evolving the assistant toward broader supplier management governance.
