Summary:
This project explores how agentic AI can transform large-scale Accounts Payable (AP) operations by autonomously validating and troubleshooting past-due invoices. It designs and tests a multi-agent AI proof of concept that reduces manual effort, improves accuracy, and proactively resolves exceptions using enterprise data, policies, and workflows. The outcome is a scalable framework that demonstrates measurable cost savings, faster payment cycles, and stronger human–AI collaboration within AP.
