Summary:
Partnering with Newell Brands, this project leverages Monte Carlo simulation to optimize cycle stock management for the Rubbermaid TakeAlong® product line. By modeling discretionary inventory levers such as lot sizing and minimum order quantities (MoQ) in a risk-free simulated environment, we aim to optimize working capital while strictly maintaining service levels. The project delivers insights into supply chain constraints, offering a scalable methodology for enhancing inventory control across a diverse global portfolio.
