The adoption of electric vehicles in last-mile delivery plays a key role in the decarbonisation of urban freight transport. This thesis analyses empirical fleet data to identify key factors driving battery degradation and examines how declining battery state of health impacts vehicle range and routing efficiency in urban parcel delivery.
