Summary:
Our project focuses on optimizing the housing construction supply chain to improve post-disaster recovery for survivors. By analyzing workflows and bottlenecks in both traditional and industrialized housing solutions, the research aims to identify opportunities for faster, more cost-effective, and scalable approaches. Case studies and process mapping will inform actionable recommendations to enhance FEMA’s housing response and support resilient community rebuilding.
