Summary:
This project builds a recommendation engine to optimize stockout recovery by turning predictions into actionable strategies. It evaluates recovery options based on disruption type, time, cost, and inventory, optimizing transfers and minimizing truck usage across hubs and DCs. The goal is to deliver data-driven recommendations that reduce delays, balance costs, and mitigate stockout risks for downstream customers.
