Summary:
This project aims to address the Distribution Team’s challenges in optimizing operations across a complex global network of manufacturing plants, depots, and local sites. By leveraging data analytics and machine learning techniques, we will develop an AI-powered management framework to enhance order processing efficiency within the Clinical Supply Chain. It will provide valuable insights and tools to streamline operations, improve decision-making, and ultimately enhance the overall performance of the distribution network.
