Summary:
Effective supplier management can reduce procurement costs, improve product quality, shorten delivery time and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper takes Company B as the research object, conducts in-depth research and analysis on the supplier performance management of its procurement link, and analyzes the existing problems in the supplier performance management of Company B. Further analysis and research are carried out on the existing problems, and relevant management theories and analysis methods are applied to optimize the existing supplier performance management measures of Company B, and a series of safeguard measures are formulated to ensure the implementation of the optimization measures.
