Summary:
Various supply chain interventions aimed at improving access and availability of essential medicines (EMs) have been carried out in northern Nigeria to achieve the goal of universal health coverage in underserved and conflict-ravaged communities. The project is aimed at evaluating clients’ satisfaction and health workers’ attitudes towards the availability of essential medicines dispensed at primary healthcare facilities in two northern states of Nigeria. This project adopts a quantitative survey with the use of validated questionnaires to extract participants’ views (satisfaction and attitudes) and associate these views with the main dependent variable (availability of EMs) of the study.
