Summary:
The project will measure the impact of supply chain interventions on healthcare personnel attitudes and patient satisfaction in Kano State, Northern Nigeria through the administration of structured validated questionnaires to patients and healthcare personnel respectively across health facilities in Kano State to measure the level of patient satisfaction and healthcare personnel attitudes using different variables. Lead time reliability, essential medicine availability and wastage in kano state warehouses and health facilities will be the impacts measured resulting from supply chain interventions through the administration of a Supply Chain Logistic Assessment Tool to be completed by relevant personnel at warehouse and health facility level. The study will statistically measure the relationships and correlations that exist between impact of supply chain intervention, patient(client) satisfaction and the attitudes of healthcare personnel.

  1. Air pollution is in a very alarming stage on our planet. Ever increasing carbon emissions due to over use of auto mobile vehicles and over dependence on AC’s etc. is one of the major reasons. Major contributors for excessive carbon emissions are the developed countries like USA, European countries and developing countries like China. It’s very good to do a project on this important problem. All the best.
