Summary:
Fresh products require careful handling throughout all the nodes of the supply chain. They need to be moved fast and efficiently as their longer stay would end in higher perishability losses or waste leading to increased costs. Our project aims to determine the strategic, tactical, and operational decisions required for minimizing total supply chain costs while meeting demand and preserving the freshness of fruits. Explore variables and parameters at each echelon within the network to inform decision-making.
