Summary:
In this project, we enhance risk management by analyzing risk concentration within a sponsor’s global logistics network, focusing on warehouse operations. By collecting daily product-level transaction data from each warehouse, we gain insights into financial, volume, and transactional impacts, offering a more comprehensive and unbiased view of risk concentration compared to previous revenue-based analyses. This mathematical approach provides a holistic understanding of risks across the network.

  1. Excellent work which gives special attention to get rid of the risks including in Pharmaceutical production, supply and price indexation. The owners of the pharmaceutical companies are trying their best to increase the GDP of each products , but care must be given by the government through proper attention as they are including life threatening medical products too.
Without immediate attend to this matter, the common man’s life doesn’t any existence at all. The government should start a pharmaceutical benefit scheme to arrange to Suppot those who are suffering financially suffering in the community as their lives are also important.nro the country.

  2. Great job , well done .
I honestly support the protect since the companies are working towards balancing the critical need to meet patient demands to cover drug shortages . COVID 19 pandemic was a wake up call for the pharmaceutical companies .
    All the best

  3. Do really hope that these warehouses look not just into profit making business, especially when it comes to essential life saving drugs and services. How can it be life saving when it’s unaffordable? Keeping costs of the drugs down, making it more affordable for all would be the best move. Looking good and keep at it! All the best.

  4. Well said about Covid -19 pandemic set in and made a massive impact on global warehousing and supply chain management throughout the wold.
e-commerce already made an additional strain on freight networks since the demand and supply is not happening properly due to high demand and less supply. The short supply of all medical equipment and vaccines have become a challenge during Covid -19 because of huge demand and less supply and safe delivery system. Since all these medicines and particularly Covid vaccines should be stored and transported under certain temperature. Lack of qualified worker and warehouse facilities can make huge impact on the industry as well as distributing Centre . In addition internal politics and taxation also make an impact for smooth flow of supply and logistic system world wide

  5. Definitely Need to work and plan for something in advance for any similar situation like COVID 19 in future. Good effort. All the very best.
