Optimize product packaging to maximize throughput

Summary:
This project investigated how to maximize the volume of frozen product loaded onto trailers to increase total ship volume. Through our analysis, we reached an optimal solution to modify varying case, pallet, and carton dimensions on 4-count, 10-count, and 18-count products as well as an improved strategy on configuring and sorting frozen product pallets, cartons, and cases. We achieved this objective through various optimization modeling techniques in TOPS.
