Design of a digital model to visualize the entire supply chain process, starting with the purchase of components and ending with the delivery of finished goods. Implement detection mechanisms to detect delays and disruptions and provide users with appropriate countermeasures. In addition, provide analysis on individual segments of the supply chain to strengthen the weakest segments.
