Summary:
This project aims to develop a model/code that helps to re-design a distribution network that would fulfil the 1-hour delivery promise for the selected range of the customers. This model/code will identify the optimum number and locations of fulfilment centres and allocation of products that could cover 80% of the purchasing power in the country.
