Summary:
Motivated by the need to improve patient access to crucial oncology medicines in LMICs, this project addresses the challenge of transparency in the pharmaceutical supply chain. Our goal is to map Roche’s downstream value chain to detail physical, financial, and information flows, and to understand the roles and impacts of stakeholders, particularly regarding markups and inventory levels. The project will enable better collaboration within the supply network and the development of tailored strategies to improve availability and affordability, potentially saving countless lives.
