Summary:
This capstone project analyzes how implementing robotic-enhanced product repacking systems creates value for a global food company. Scenarios with different robotic technologies and supply chain network designs are compared with regard to CapEx, OpEx (labor, transportation, storage, packaging, etc.) and system flexibility, helping the sponsor company build a more effective repacking operation.
