Summary:
The sponsor company aims to boost its profits, challenged by a rising costs of materials and inventory, reducing the profit margins of its product range. – The Endosurgery product families, featuring various medical devices for minimally invasive surgeries, lack effective segmentation. This deficiency obstructs the company’s efforts to improve goods productivity, increase net trade sales, and enhance gross profit margins. – Primary objective for this project is to optimize the gross profit percentage within the Endosurgery product families by a segmentation approach based on the stock keeping units (SKU’s) financial performance using three main criteria: Gross Profit %, Net Trade Sales, and Expected Growth.
