Summary:
Several companies are striving to achieve substantial fleet carbon footprint reduction in their operations by the year 2030. • However, the main challenge is understanding beforehand the trade-offs between the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of various fleet options and different fleet mixes, including aspects like capital and operational costs, environmental impacts, and customer service levels. • Our capstone intends to devise a quantitative modelling tool to be used by managers in their decision-making process to ensure optimal projection of corporate mobility and sustainable fleet requirements.
