Summary:
Our project deep dives into the impact of strategically co-locating different parts of the supply chain – suppliers and distribution centers. The goal? Reduce costs, shrink the carbon footprint, and ramp up flexibility and speed-to-market for a major American multinational in the food and beverage industry.
The poster as well as the explanation was crisp yet highly informative.
